The electrostatic greasing machine by spreads the oil chamber, the feed pumping station, the high-voltage power supply system, the electrically controlled system and so on four parts to be composed.
In electrostatic greasing machine with oil possessing electrons, a high-voltage electrostatic field is produced between the knife-edge spurting oil beam connected with the Degative pole of the high-voltage DC power and the strip steel (or the steel plate)linked with the ground. Negatrons are obtained directly from the oil flowing out of the narrow seam of the knife beam. The atomized oil at powerful dielectric field are absorbed by the surface of strip steel, realizing the electrostatic oiling. The structure type of spurting oil beam and the output voltage of DC power are the main factors affecting the electrostatic oiling.
